Welcome to ContextDx
ContextDx turns scattered architecture knowledge into a living, queryable system map. It builds a knowledge graph from your code and docs, keeps it in sync as the system changes, and answers questions about it in plain language — so you can understand complex systems, plan changes with confidence, and share that understanding across your team.
Understanding is half of it. The map is also where change starts, and anyone on the team can drive that loop — whichever end of it they think from.
How it works
Three moves, and the third is what makes it a loop.
Understand. Bring in sources (code, docs, URLs) and make sense of them in your workspace — boards, insights, and chat. Publish read-only boards and the rest of your team self-serves from the same picture.
Plan. Write what should change on the board itself — a spec when the change starts as an outcome, an intent when it starts as a concrete piece of work.
Evolve. Released intents flow into your team's coding sessions, get implemented in the repo, and the next sync carries the change back — the map updates itself, and structural work returns verified against the code.
Every board is built from nodes (your components) and edges (how they connect) on an interactive canvas. That's the whole vocabulary — Nodes & Edges has the building blocks if you want them before you start.
