- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately. We prorate.
- How does per-contributor pricing work?
- Pro (1–4 contributors) and Team (5+ contributors) are billed per contributor at the same rate — every person you add to your org counts as a seat. Add or remove seats anytime and we prorate.
- What's the difference between Pro and Team?
- The same product at the same per-contributor price. Pro covers 1–4 contributors and does not include SSO. Team starts at 5 contributors and adds single sign-on (SSO / SAML) for your whole organisation.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The Free plan requires no payment details. You only enter a card when you subscribe to a paid plan.
- Do you offer refunds?
- No. The Free plan is there so you can evaluate ProvenMap for as long as you need before paying, so paid plans are not refundable — you can cancel anytime and keep access until your period ends. If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a business, your statutory rights still apply; see our Terms of Service.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No.
- What does Enterprise include?
- Enterprise includes everything in Team, plus custom seat allocations, dedicated support, custom SLAs, and bespoke integrations. Schedule a demo to discuss your requirements.
- Can I get SSO on the Free or Pro plan?
- No. SSO is available on the Team plan (5 or more contributors) and on Enterprise.
