Questions before you pay
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay only the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
- How does per-editor pricing work?
- Pro (1–4 editors) and Team (5+ editors) are both billed per editor, each at its own rate, shown on the plans above. A seat is a member who can change your organisation's content. Viewers are free on every plan and never use a seat. Add seats anytime and pay the prorated difference; seats you remove come off at your next renewal.
- What's the difference between Pro and Team?
- Pro covers 1–4 editors and does not include SSO. Team starts at 5 editors and adds single sign-on (SSO / SAML) for your whole organisation, with higher limits; the full list is in the comparison above. Each is billed per editor at its own rate.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The Free plan requires no payment details. You only enter a card when you subscribe to a paid plan.
- Do you offer refunds?
- No. The Free plan is there so you can evaluate ProvenMap for as long as you need before paying, so paid plans are not refundable — you can cancel anytime and keep access until your period ends. If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a business, your statutory rights still apply; see our Terms of Service.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No.
- What does Enterprise include?
- Enterprise includes everything in Team, plus custom seat allocations, dedicated support, custom SLAs, and bespoke integrations. Book a team walkthrough to discuss your requirements.
- Can I get SSO on the Free or Pro plan?
- No. SSO is available on the Team plan (5 or more editors) and on Enterprise.
